One exemption from the otherwise laid back and quite Haad Rin transforms into a dance clubs constructed of sand. If you dislike huge party's or the kind of music they are playing, do not worry on Kho Koh Samui.
You can use the concrete roads to HaadRin, but you have been warned that the roads are not in the greatest state and unless you are a competitant motorcycle driver then don't try to get to HadRin, as most accidents involving scooters happen in this area. Our advice is to leave your motorcylce at the seven eleven at BaanTai and pay approx 60 Baht for a pickup over the hills to HaadRin.
